Meet Aubynette
The Next Level Consultant
Aubynette Rolle is a veteran in both the public and private sectors of Healthcare within the Bahamas accumulating some thirty six years. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife by first profession for which she has served on numerous family islands as the Nurse in Charge and also served at Doctors Hospital as their first off shift supervisor and Coordinator of Maternity.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), from the American Hospital Association,

Certified Project Risk Manager and a Wound Care Specialist.
She successfully completed her Bachelors in Law with Second Class Honors from the University of London, United Kingdom and continued on to achieve her Masters in Business Administration with Specialization in Risk Management. She was successful in her placement at the Eugene Dupuch Law School where she served as President and graduated in September 2008.
Upon graduation she also received an award for the “Best All Around Student”. She was called to the Bahamian Bar in 2008.
Aubynette is also trained as an International Accredited Mediator from the London School of Mediation, has a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University and is also a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer , Coach and DISC Personality Assessment Consultant and presently works as Director of Risk, Quality & Patient Safety at The Public Hospitlas Authority.
She believes strongly in continuing education, mastering your skills and being a fountain of knowledge for others to learn. She is married with two (2) adult children, a daughter in law and is Nana to a precious grandson Armani King Rolle.
